“I need savory!” I thought as I dumped canned tomato sauce with processed Parmesan cheese on top of Jason Sani’s perfectly healthy waffle recipe.
I’m the type of person who can eat the same thing for weeks so when I discovered Jason’s healthy waffles during two months of nutrition coaching, I went balls out on blueberries, cinnamon and PB2 until I needed a little salt.
Upon arriving in Arizona for my birthday weekend, “Find a healthier version of pizza waffles” was on my to-do list which led me to Jason’s kitchen on a Tuesday morning.
